Make vich entity command

Summary

The goal would be to create a command which would build on the already existing one of make: entity.

It would be enough to indicate if we want to store a file or an image, and the maker would create the complete entity with the basic fields.

He could even take care of generating the form and configuring the config / packages / vich_uploader.yaml
