Audit + Fix Code Snippets

Many of the code snippets in the documentation broke during the migration of the tool to this new repo.

This ticket captures the task of auditing the code snippets in the docs, and ensuring all code snippets point to the correct sections of the snippets.

Extra Credit

The permalink system in Github is a bit brittle. Integrating a tool like bluehawk to generate testable code snippets would be a big maintainability win.
