polaris.yaml里面写死了配置导致无法连上 #3

配置文件写死了127.0.0.1:8081注册中心地址，特别是在docker启动的时候是连不上这个地址的

我合并了8-10号的PR，在dtm里面更新了这个驱动之后，出现了这个问题：
dtm-labs/dtm#461

所以不得不回滚了，现在dtm的driver版本是0.0.5。可以帮忙看看这个问题如何解决吗？然后再帮忙提一个PR，把dtm里面的driver更新

所以不得不回滚了，现在dtm的driver版本是0.0.5。可以帮忙看看这个问题如何解决吗？然后再帮忙提一个PR，把dtm里面的driver更新

我看了一下，这是北极星底层库里面有一个auth.proto和protobuf的冲突了，这个我暂时还没法解决，目前只能在用的地方fork一个仓库出来自行修改一下，把不用的注释掉，也就是说这个没办法合并到一起去了
