Some stuff is already refactored on a different branch, we just need to merge the branches. After that we can start the documentation work I believe

@Gauravmauryaios You can start working on the documentation. Start with something other than appointments and homepage, since we are still waiting on someone to commit their changes, which will change the code for the appointments and homepage. You won't have to do redundant work this way.
