Ecole 0.7.2 release

Dear participants,

We have just released version 0.7.2 of Ecole, with a few (minor) bugfixes. These bugfixes do not really affect our evaluation pipeline, however because this is the version of Ecole that we will use during evaluation we advise that you update your training environments as soon as possible.

To do so, change the Ecole version in your conda.yaml files from ecole=0.7.1 to ecole=0.7.2, re-install your environment by running source init.sh, and also fetch the latest version of the common/environments.py file from the repo to be 100% up to date.

We do not expect there will be more changes to the evaluation environment any time soon (but you should never say never).
