Implement an auto-updating gmail filter

It would be extremely helpful if we could implement this filter as a service, so we would have it updated without having to manually refresh it.

I thought about it too perhaps a gmail plugin could do or?
See https://github.com/alexmbird/uk-it-recruiter-domains . There is a script to add gmail filters. But once new domains are added they need to be reloaded..
I have been adding ~200 domains in the last days and just noticed this repository here now.
I have ~500 more to review and add.. all uk based, I will add them there as those scripts work best for me.
