<h2><strong>Topic 4:</strong> How to Edit Report</h2>
<p><strong>Tool Tips: </strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Each input field has a <strong>500 character limit </strong>for<strong> Tester’s Comment and Remediation Details field</strong>. Once you reach the character limit, no more characters can be entered.</li>
<li>See <strong>“Create Report” Instructions </strong>for entering test results.</li>
<li>Saved JSON files will be located in your computer’s Downloads folder by default.</li>
<li>By default the tool captures Product name and Product version as the saved JSON file created.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Recommended image types for ACRT to attach screen shots are PNG and GIF.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>This page is a <strong>MUST</strong> for Remediation details and Remediation date.</li>
</ul>
<h3>Instructions to Edit Report</h3>
<ol>
<li>From the ACRT Home page, select <strong>Edit Report </strong>from the navigation menu.</li>
</ol>

<li>The <strong>Edit Test Results Form</strong> will open.</li>
<li>Select the saved JSON file, then select the <strong>Load Results </strong>button to populate the form with the previously stored data.</li>
<li>At the top of the page, you have the option to select <strong><em> Disable common alerts</strong></em>. The types of alerts that can be disabled include:

<li>Provide any updates to the Product, Test Environment, Testing Information sections as needed.</li>
<li>In the extended <strong>Load test results</strong> section, provide a result for each test condition in the form. Note:<strong> If you are missing results in any of the test conditions, you will only be able to create a DRAFT report. </strong></li>
<ol>
<li>Provide a full description of any failures and include the URL for location purposes.</li>
<li>A screenshot is <strong>highly recommended</strong> for failed test conditions. In the screenshot column, browse to the image stored in your local machine. You may only select one image per data cell.</li>
<li>Image types that support ACRT include: Joint Photographic Experts Group (JPEG or JPG), Portable Network Graphic (PNG), Graphic Exchange Format (GIF), and Windows Bitmap (BMP). Note: PNG and GIF image types are recommended.</li>

<li>Adding remediation details and including remediation date is <strong>highly recommended for failed test conditions</strong>, if any are in the test results. Note: You have the option to <strong>Show </strong>or<strong> Hide Remediation Details & Date</strong>.</li>
</ol>

<li>Once test results are added or updated, select the <strong>Save </strong>button to save the input data as a JSON file on your local machine. You can also store the JSON file in your own repository or send it to DHS employee for reporting and analytical purpose to generate business value. Save the results with an appropriate name; it is recommended you include the ticket #, application name, and version.</li>

<li>An additional notification will display: “Your updates have been saved to the Downloads folder (unless otherwise specified). To continue editing, please refresh the page and load the newly created file.” <strong>To continue editing and saving this set of results, you MUST refresh the page and then reload the newest saved file.</strong></li>
