I'd like to confirm whether #96020 implies that this setting really can't be disabled on iOS. If that's the case, what am I supposed to do when I rely on CompareOptions.IgnoreSymbols, which works on Android, supposedly using the "original/full ICU mode", but throws on iOS because of forced HybridGlobalization?
