Make choosing rulebundles for events more user friendly

What kind of an issue is this?

• Feature request
  Be able to have an easier/more userfriendly way to choose rulebundles for events. For example through checkboxes. Such that 48 hours for 1. graders, 24 hours for 2.graders etc

What is the expected behaviour?

Easier, more user friendly way of choosing rulebundles for event. For example checking out 1st year and 2nd years.

What is the current behaviour?

At the moment some of the rulebundles are kinda chaotic
