Add writing of config into output

In order to trace back generated results to settings made, the configuration should be copied or written to the output. An auto-generated hash number and/or timestamp helps for unique identification of simulated results.

• Write input parameters from config file to output nc files
• Write timestamp and generated hash-number to output files for unique identification
