View Change not showing up on Redefine Keys screen/Default View Change key does not work

The View change key does not show up in the redefine keys section of the control settings menu, the default key for the view change does not work either I have confirmed this by going into the config.xml file and remapping it to the same button I have mapped to start and it works on that key just fine

I am not sure if previous versions also have this bug but I just found this as of installing Cannonball a couple of days ago

I am experiencing the exact same issue. I edited the config.xml to remap it to v (118) and that works. However, I've now noticed that after entering my name into the highscores list that no buttons work to get out of the highscore screen, other than the F5 menu key, so I have to go back to the main menu just to get back into the game for another run.
