#115 enabled support for sharding. This allows Diabot to respond to messages in multiple threads.

This is enough for now. However, as the bot is used more, we will eventually run into a memory or CPU limit. We can either scale the current app or add a second instance.

I prefer a second instance, because eventually this might be possible anyway so I think it's best to start working on this now.
