We've currently got 41 usages of the "CEL" acronym: https://www.acronymfinder.com/CEL.html

We can always rename it later if it becomes a problem. At present, it won't conflict on Github because the spec would go under /w3c-ccg/cel-spec and then it would move to /w3c/cel-spec. However, if we are concerned about branding confusion (which is a legitimate concern), perhaps we should rename this issue to that and discuss?
