Done so far:

• Moved tutorials to md (everything but some links where converted successfully)
• change exercise, warning and todo icons
• Reimplemented linkify:
  • All function/types links go to where they where defined: closes Broken links for all ThreeD transforms in the user manual #76 fromDirection links to wrong page #71
  • Goes to local docs if we have it, otherwise link to hackage: kinda closes Links to primed names. #39 Add things from vector-space (VectorSpace, AffineSpace, Scalar...) to the type reference in the user manual #31
  • pandoc doesn't support any annotations of code so we'll need to manually highlight / link code blocks (but single worded inlines linking works)
  • pdf and html conversion using pandoc filter (still needs work)

Todo:

• Cleanup tutorials / rearrange files
• Nicer pdf template
• Combine with Shake to build pdfs / htmls
• Get site working

I'm not quite sure how to proceed and there's still some stuff I want to do with -builder. So if anyone else wants to take over they're more than welcome :)
