04_ currently matches initialed names to the alphabetical first match, even if there are other potential matches. For example,

Campbell,D'Ann,Campbell,Dann
Campbell,D.,Campbell,Dann
Campbell,Debra,Campbell,Debra
Campbell,Donald,Campbell,Donald T
Campbell,Donald T.,Campbell,Donald T
Campbell,Douglas,Campbell,Douglas I
Campbell,Douglas I.,Campbell,Douglas I

In this case it would be preferable to not match Campbell, D. at all.
