WooCommerce Order Tracking in N8N

Hi!
What I need is a guide and a template for n8n that can implement the following idea for any WordPress website based on WooCommerce. I hope that, given WooCommerce's widespread popularity, this idea will lead to its publication by developers or, in the next step, by those who have the necessary skills in this area. The details of the idea are as follows:

A. The customer sends a message to a WhatsApp number.
B. An auto-reply sends an option titled "Track Shipment" to the customer.
C. The customer selects and sends the "Track Shipment" option.
D. In response, the customer is asked to provide the order number.
E. Finally, the latest status of the order is sent to the customer via WhatsApp.

🤔 sorry, not familiar with woo, but likely you can do that using n8n webhooks + n8n api calls to WhatsApp!

We'll work on more built-in integrations in 2025 (first one is ChatWoot, TypeBot) and we'll keep in mind WooCommerce one for sure so we can create an easy extendable base for that!
