Occasionally Jekyll-hook sends the notification email to the wrong email address. In one case for example, the email was sent to [GITHUB USERNAME]@users.noreply.github.com and bounced back.

Has to be investigated.

Should go here:

to: data.pusher.email,

not sure why that fails
