Enhancement: add support for /api/v4/enrollment and /api/v3/enrollment/access-groups

Following the implementation of /api/v4/enrollment and /api/v3/enrollment/access-groups in the SDK (deploymenttheory/go-api-sdk-jamfpro#606), is it possible to add support in the terraform provider?

Hi @thejoeker12,

If I can give some context for that: like other Jamf Pro settings that are already included actually in the provider (computer check-in or inventory collection), implementing this will allow to manage UIE settings. I will also propose to cover in the provider other Jamf Pro settings that are available in the SDK: that way, we can be able to manage almost every part of an instance.

Group access may rely on cloud IdP settings, so this request can be linked to #512.
