What problem are you trying to solve?

Deno.createHttpClient is a must-have for my project but it isn't supported on Deno Deploy yet

Describe the solution you'd like

Add support to Deno.createHttpClient since it was already removed from "unstable" list
Stabilize Deno.createHttpClient() #25518
