All my podcasts are gone #90

Not sure what happened. Booted up this morning and 5 GB of downloaded podcasts and their configurations are gone. I got the "It's lonely here" message.

What changed? Why would we delete files on the computer?

Where are these files stored (so I can back them up in case this happens again).
