wish: Add Activities/Timeline integration

Hi David,

This is Juan from Microsoft. Timeline is a new feature that will be released in the upcoming version of Windows (it's currently available in Windows Insider Builds). You can learn more about it here:

It'd be great to have Podcasts write activities so users can re-engage with it via Timeline, on the device where the activity started, and also across devices.
