Profiling/Timing the components

Hi community,

Is there an inbuilt way to profile /time the components in the end2end pipeline? Telemetry doesn't have profiler feature. Is the community using cprofile or time.time to profile?

Not yet @avspavan we are adding tracers to Haystack so soon you'll be able to trace your calls with langfuse which will provide some useful timing information
