Is the 'Discovering Service Endpoints' section needed?

Section 6.1 - Discovering Service Endpoints provides an example of "A website may provide service endpoint discovery by embedding JSON-LD in their top-most HTML web page (e.g. at https://example.com/)".

Given that issue #25 was closed due to there not being any actual use cases for it, I propose we remove this section as well.
(If later, use cases for service endpoint discovery come up, we can revisit this topic.)
