CleanupJob for PyPi required #832

Today, there was an error publishing the latest version to PyPI. The Project limit of 10 GiB was reached.
I cleaned all old versions before 1.0.0.

I have to implement a clean-up mechanism deleting the oldest version, if a new version is published.
