Made a tool that automates the process of building a PicoDucky

I noticed at the bottom of the README that someone built a tool that automates the process of building a PicoDucky, but it hasn't been maintained in 3 years and was archived. I decided to make an improved version of that tool for fun and I'll maintain it with any future updates that this repository goes through. I thought that maybe you could replace it with the other tool that already exists in the README.
