Hello :)
In first, your work is very fine :D
But there is a little bug :/
If I set rofi.fullscreen: true, there is what is displayed... https://i.imgur.com/TNNO8zd.png
Any idea ?

what version (rofi)?

Try making your padding smaller... padding of 400 + this font size in 13 lines is not going to work.
