Slides are today assigned to channels, and is then shown in a random order.

To make this smarter, we should have a governor that assigns slides to channels according to some kind of logic.

Would it not be nice if:

The governor can be configured to assign "funny" slides at lower frequencies than more important slides.
The governor can place multi-channel slides correctly.
