Hi Pratap, perhaps it would be relevant to highlight states where the no. of block ids in shape files differs from block ids in master file? See e.g., Gujarat, Haryana where the no. of district ids is the same (as in master file) but no. of block ids are different. Perhaps another two columns where you compare # of block ids (with answer Y/N) and # state ids (also as Y/N) could be added?
Below is the state-wise summary of habitation dataset.
So, we have missing attributes for some habitations.
More importantly some states have more district codes than what master file is mentioning. There are 3 such states.
