Test on a custom runner (e.g. on AWS EC2) #19

Relates to the fix in datalad-installer:

Always provide -y to apt-get install datalad-installer#194
and apparently this action could be used on custom runners but we might not be ready for them. Hence would be great to test on them.

Example setup https://github.com/neuronets/test-aws/blob/main/.github/workflows/aws_test.yml#L60 (ATM uses the fork of this repo) uses https://github.com/machulav/ec2-github-runner

We would need AWS credentials so first we would need to figure out a safe set/way to use them so if leaked/stolen -- not too much harm is done.
