This is a pretty good lesson on Excel. However, it would seem that there should be a lesson on formatting cells that goes into detail on how to change the format of data in a spreadsheet. This would help a lot with cleaning data and ensuring that it is formatted properly. While there is a lesson on dates and an overview on mistakes when formatting data, there is nothing on formatting data correctly or how to change format easily. This is an part of ensuring that your data is formatted correctly so it can be effectively analyzed and imported into other statistical software packages easier.
