Unable to find server backend. #117

Upon fresh install of portable version:

Windows 11
Extracted archive.
Opened cmd prompt to to extracted folder
Ran 'run.bat'
Various logs go by before seeing this and it stopping:

C:\Users\user\git\xtts-webui-v1_0-portable\webui\venv\lib\site-packages\translators\server.py:346: UserWarning: Unable to find server backend.

warnings.warn('Unable to find server backend.\n\n')
Please input your server region need to visit:
eg: [Qatar, China, ...]

At which point the batch file seems to hang.
