Same token gets minted #6

I did exactly as it was expained in the tutorial but same token also gets minted multiple times and on refreshing same token gets minted multiple times.

@Vidhu007 I did not exactly understand your issue. However my question is. For example you have 10 different NFTS so you create a 4 by 5 matrix of 20 images (2 of each NFT) [2*10=20].
If the website was live and someone finds two identical NFTs and mints it on their wallet. Then how can we do that these two images are forever gone in the game for all users. Until all tokens have been minted.
