Filter out "EGL Driver message (Error)" errors from standard out

Current behavior

Mac intel devices are receiving these errors on the 32 branch:

This appears to be this issue: electron/electron#43415

It may have been fixed in electron 33 (in which case we can close this in lieu of #30561), but ultimately it is safe to filter these out of standard out to avoid confusion.
