Support Next.js 15 for Component Testing

Support Next.js 15 for Component Testing when React 19 is released.

• This goes hand-in-hand with issue Support React 19 in Component Testing #29470

Why is this needed?

Next.js 15 was announced on Oct 21, 2024 as stable, however it currently depends on React 19 RC.

You'll need to wait for the Cypress 14 release.
