Cypress.Commands.addQuery('getInnerText', () => {
	return (subject): Chainable<string> => subject.get(0).innerText;
});

Cypress.Commands.add(
	'assertInnerText',
	{
		prevSubject: true,
	},
	(subject, text: string) => {
		cy.wrap(subject).getInnerText().should('equal', text);
	}
);

I have the following code, but cy.wrap(subject) is not retried
