Looking out how network selection wifi options can be automated

I am looking for ways how can i automate an application which involves the network selection where a CNA browser gets opened with a portal which authenticate the way it needs too based on the option selection in CNA browser. As it involved network selection from actual device, looking for suggestions how this can be automated
