Cypress Js intermittently failing on build. You may need an additional loader to handle the result of these loaders

Cypress JS intermittently failing on build. Not quite sure why this is happening as it builds successfully every other build. It seems to get into the Webpack config every tome so it shouldn't really be failing like this
