Dynamic (per-spec) proxy configuration

The documentation for proxy configuation seems to be geared towards settings ENV variables before cypress launches.

I'm hoping there's a way to dynamically set a browser's proxy on a per-spec basis. We're using a proxy to test requests coming from a different region, but we only want it to happen in certain parts of the suite.

Any help would be appreciated.
