NAPS can't detect Canon LIDE 400 on Win 11 (arm64) #513

Describe the bug
NAPS can't detect my Canon LIDE400 scanner.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Install NAPS on Win 11 arm64
  2. Connect Canon LIDE400
  3. Try scanning - no scanners detected

Expected behavior
Expect to see the scanner in the list of scanners and be able to scan

Desktop (please complete the following information):

  • Win 11 running on Dell XPS 13" (arm64, Qualcomm silicon)

NAPS2 requires a driver from the manufacturer to work. Unfortunately it doesn't seem like Canon provides an ARM64 driver.
