Wrong while init in $.ajaxComplete

$('#price').number( true, 2 );

It still work when i init in $(document).ready
But when i init it in $(document).ajaxComplete, it work not expect
Ex: I dont key in 100.03, input auto format to 100.30

Pls fix that
