Allow different campaigns to use different chainIds (to support multiple L2's).

As of now, only one chainId per frontend is supported.

The changes to allow for different projects to run on different networks are quite small, and would be a stepping stone towards allowing for campaigns that can accept users from different L2s at the same time.
