Lots of imagery over mine sites is low res and/or cloudy. MapBox has a tool to request new imagery for an area: https://www.mapbox.com/labs/request/#8/-0.997/27.729

should this be exposed to all users (easier), or just to admins? If just admins, we would need a user permissions model, or would need to create a new page with a simple auth similar to how www.congomines/admin is protected.
