What happened?

I am trying to install the provider xpkg.upbound.io/crossplane-contrib/provider-aws:v0.51.0, but installation is failing with the below error " Message: cannot parse package contents: unexpected EOF
Reason: UnhealthyPackageRevision"

How can we reproduce it?

try install provider xpkg.upbound.io/crossplane-contrib/provider-aws:v0.51.0

What environment did it happen in?

Crossplane version:
