As of Twigcs version 5, they've added lots of new options for custom rulesets.
As Craft (understandably) doesn'tfollow the official Twig Coding Standards, such a custom ruleset would be the next best thing.
So, an official Craft custom ruleset would surely benefit the overall code quality of Twig templates.
