Configuring height of RichText editor

Hi,

I am using richtext editor for headers[as it's giving me super-script options] where my text will not exceed more than 200 characters. But the richtext editor is appearing with a lot of empty space which is forcing the editors to scroll down to edit other fields. Can we limit the richtext's height to auto as per content and only define some max-height for more content?
