Hi everyone. I've read various posts saying this issue has been 'on-going' for past year, maybe longer. And its a problem which re-occurred again for me - not sure what to do.

Using Windows PC and Windows GUI interface.

While checking STATUS on my PC, I have bunch of error msg "account has run out of space". I logged-in cyphertite.com and I had only 4.88 GB of 8 GB used-up (60.99%).

I was still using 2.0.3. So I UG from 2.0.3 to v2.0.4 (it says it should fix this).

I tried a manual backup yesterday after the UG, it failed.
I thought maybe my PC had to be restarted, so I shut-down and waited till today. But my Cyphetite scheduled (automatic) backup failed again.

Note: I tried, but was not able to perform a manual cull of server data. When I did "Shift and right-click"... the only options available to me were 'Open, Copy, Extract'. No other choices on the menu. (I followed instructions at https://opensource.conformal.com/wiki/cyphertite_win_troubleshooting)

In other posts, whenever someone said their problem was fixed - it seemed to be resolved "magically" ie. there is an error, few days later it seems to work, etc...

I read this was a previous known bug.

Can anyone point to a specific way to resolve this issue? Any ideas on how to "fix" this problem (rather than just wait for it to disappear on its own...)?

Thank You.
