Create a "measurement" setting to integrate parameters from MFLI.

create a set of parameters that integrate outputs from the DAQ
subscribe to the DAC
measure a certain signal length. this should then return parameters that can be used, e.g. timestamp + value
structure should be similar to sweep1d, sweep2d.

subscription might be integrated in an action, so that sweep1d and sweep2d can be used. think about it for qcodes retro-compatibility.
