Latest LTS appears/disappears randomly as I refresh #226

If I visit stackage.org, sometimes I get "2 days ago LTS Haskell 7.22 (ghc-8.0.1)" at the top of the list of releases. Sometimes I don't. It seems to be about 50% of the time. The remaining entries are consistent.
