Add a library of the default RML mapper functions as defined here

Should include:

  • ability to search the list of functions
  • ability to drag the functions into Drag & Drop view
  • ability to select the functions when a property specifies a function value in Form view

The list of functions should be displayed in the left side panel.

I'm working on this issue in branch feature/function-library. I'm having a bit of an issue. I'm unable to access the function IRIs at the link you mentioned above. Are the links outdated or do I not have access to them? Is there a different resource that I can access?
