I would like to use openSCD-core
So I can easily maintain the CoMPAS distribution;

Acceptance criteria:
Working situation on a developer computer with e.g. NPM start

Background;
This allows us to overwrite plug-in properties (if needed)

Todo;
Import OpenSCD-core via NPM
Create webcompont compas-open-scd
